Return and Refund Policy
We want you to receive the correct item in good condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.
Returns
Return requests must be started within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, hardware, and accessories included.
Parts that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or removed from their original packaging may not be returned. Electrical parts, special-order items, closeout items, and final-sale items are not returnable unless they arrive defective or we shipped the wrong item. Helmets and apparel must be unworn, clean, odor-free, and have all original tags and packaging.
To start a return, contact us at tristan@ridermarket.com or call (386) 257-2269 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Returns sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can help quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item if eligible and place a new order for the replacement item.
