Shipping Policy
RiderMarket currently ships online orders within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship website orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $8.00 for orders from $0.00 to $99.99.
Standard shipping is free for orders of $100.00 or more.
Express shipping may be available for $15.00 when shown at checkout.
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout based on the order and shipping address.
Order Processing
In-stock orders are usually processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Processing times can vary during busy periods, holidays, supplier delays, or when an item needs review before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. RiderMarket is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or delivery issues after the carrier marks a package as delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us as soon as possible at tristan@ridermarket.com or (386) 257-2269. Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos if the package or item was damaged.
